Okay, here's a few tidbits of my life so that you get to know me:

What's your first name?

My full name is Stanley Robert Mono, but you can just call me Mr. Mono.

Where do you live?

I currently live in Lamar, Colorado, about 70 miles east of Pueblo.

Where do you work at?

Petey's Computer Part And Hardware Emporium. It sells tools and, more recently, computer hardware. It was founded by a friend of mine. I am currently the Owner/Manager of the store.

Where were you born?

February 28, 1961, in Peoria, Illinois.

Are you married?

No, sadly, I am not. I was once engaged, but it was called off two weeks before the wedding.

What religion are you?

I am what would be considered an "atheist". I have done intensive research about the subject, and have come to the conclusion that God doesn't exist. "God" is a fabrication created by ancient man to instill fear and compliance in his peers. And I believe this country is being ruined by religion.

Why did you decide to run for President?

I have a Bachelor's in Political Science and a Master's in Business Management, plus I have spent two years of my life living abroad. I believe these credentials alone are enough to qualify. While keeping a close eye on American politics, as well as the opinions of foreigners. I have found the following to be true: Over the past 20 years our international reputation has gone from respectable to downright atrocious. I would like to see a change but so far, I haven't. So I said "enough is enough" and decided to run for President of the United States.

What party are you running for?

I'm going on my own ticket. I hate political parties. I think they detract from democracy.

I Have Arrived!

Yes, folks, I, the great Mr. Mono, have decided to run for president. I came here specifically because I needed a base for my campaign, and my campaign manager is a member of this website, so I thought, why not? Anyway, I'm still working out the kinks of "blogging", but I'll be posting here regularly, just like my campaign manager, to keep you informed on my bid to the U.S. Presidency! Hail to Mr. Mono!!
